I am at a loss at how all of this chaos is making America Great again. So much is being destroyed. Now our Rocky Mountain National Park can’t even open for the summer (the 5th largest), measles and bird flu are spreading and we don’t even know if we’ll have a flu vaccine for the fall, much less the stocks tanking. Are we seeing a repeat of the 1920-30’s crash and burn led by these robber barons? And the rise of Nazism. Why the sudden love of Russia all the sudden? What’s behind that?
The bigger question is when was America ever great? We are no longer the world leader thanks to HIS policies. We’ve always had racism and poverty. We are the only industrialized country that doesn’t have health care for all and many have free college so are more educated than we are. Our standing in the world is greatly diminished!
And you trust this Congress to do something for YOU? The GOP has NEVER sponsored a big bill that has helped the American people. Never! In fact they fought the ones the Dems got through like Social Security, Medicare, Civil Rights, and Affordable Care act. Somehow we expect a felon, 6x bankrupt TV personality to know how to fix our major problems?
I am just so saddened that our country has been decimated in a month. We were the model of the world for our economy and position and we were supporting the poor in the world in community service. Now we are boo’d and despised. We have to work to change this around, and we need all hands on deck. Find a local Indivisible group, vote in the special Florida elections (and help win those seats), and go to the protests!
